Restaurants and hotels
Living trays for service, strong visual varieties for plating, mild greens for South Indian menus, and sharper radish or mustard for contrast.
For kitchens
Chefs do not need romance. They need a tray that arrives when promised, holds well in the kitchen, tastes clean, and looks alive on the plate.
Tiny Leaves supplies cut microgreens, living trays, wheatgrass, and rotating fresh sheets across Tirupur and Coimbatore. Every delivery carries the harvest date, variety, grower, medium, water source, and storage note.
We grow indoors in Tirupur using RO-filtered water and coconut coir from Pollachi. No pesticides. No vague claims. Just useful greens, clearly labelled.
